Order Processing Times

My husband and I make everything by hand.  The time we need to do this can vary between 3 days and up to 7 days depending on the number of orders we’re receiving.  Please e-mail us if this is a problem.

Payment

I accept credit cards directly through PAYPAL (note: you do not need a paypal account to purchase through paypal payments).

I am required by law to charge sales tax to CA residents (7.25% for most of the state, upwards of 9-9.5% in Alameda County).

Returns/Exchanges/Refunds

I gladly accept returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Contact me within: 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery

Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase

 

Returns and exchange details

I offer a 30 day refund/exchange if you are unhappy with your purchase. Please e-mail me and inform me of your reason for returning/exchanging. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to me. Refunds will be for the price of the merchandise minus the postage fees.

International Returns:
If on order is returned to me due to a) inability of local post office to deliver, or b) refusal of delivery due to customs fees/VAT, etc; then purchase price of item will be refunded once I have received the package back. Postage/shipping fees will not be refunded.

Shipping

***Shipping is a flat $3.50 for ANY AMOUNT of earrings purchasedIN USA ONLY**** Base shipping prices for International orders stay the same no matter how many pairs you order.

I usually ship within 2-7 business days of receiving an order, however, sometimes processing times increase due to high order volume.  Shipping is 1st class (includes tracking # in US, Canada, Australia and some European countries). Orders within the US usually take from 2-7 days, from day shipped, to arrive. Orders outside the US usually arrive within 7-10 days, from day shipped, but can take up to 5-6 weeks due to customs (but this is unusual).

All jewelry is placed in small cotton filled jewelry boxes and shipped USPS First Class in bubble mailers. 

International Buyers:  Shipping, Duties, and Fees

I am not responsible for customs, duties, taxes, etc for international shipments. Please be aware of those potential charges before purchase. I also am not able to track international shipments any further than the main postal hub in the US before they leave the country.

Please note that product prices do not include VAT (I am not a VAT registered seller) or any other import taxes, duties or fees. Buyer is responsible for any fees levied by your country and related to the import of goods. Please contact the customs office within your country for specific information.
